Chalk users are often oblivious to the long term effects of using a dehydrating agent on their skin. Too often are they blindsided by the sudden crumbling of their fingers and are left wondering why. Us Chalkless Climbers have long since been aware of this, and have left chalk behind us, but our work is not done. We need to warn those still using chalk what is ahead of them if they do not change their ways. We are a community, and as a community, we need to Save Our Skin.
